Additional Property Attributes

Subsidence occurred under the School's running track. A Phase I was required to eliminate the possibility of contamination from a possible landfill beneath the track. (PPF, 09/14/2006) The only potential REC was identified in the center section of the subject property at the southern boundary. Two sealed 55-gallon drums marked lubricating oil were observed lying on their sides within a pile of debris. The drums, which did not appear to be leaking, were observed on top of metal scraps; however, the ground beneath the drums was obscured by the metal scraps. Further assessment of the drums and ground beneath the drums is necessary to ensure that a release to soils has not occurred. (FINAL PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT REPORT HOUSE MUNICIPAL SCHOOL PROPERTY HOUSE, NEW MEXICO, January 31, 2005)
