Additional Property Attributes

The City will be leasing property owned by the California Department of Transportation in order to make aesthetic improvements to the property, as it sits along a major gateway to the Triangle redevelopment area, which is planned for major residential and commercial development in the near future. (PPF - CalTrans Lease Property, 01/31/07)

Former Use: This property is located under the Interstate 80 bridge over the Sacramento River. It lies along the gateway to the City's Triangle redeveloment area, which is planned for major high-density residential and commercial development. Acording to records the property has always remained vacant, althgouh a portion of the property is paved.
