Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This property consists of two parcels located at the corner of New York Avenue and Edison Street. Starting in 1925, the site was developed with a bulk oil storage station then in 1945 a machine and tool factory took over. From the early 1970's, a painting equipment factory and warehouse were onsite. In April 2008, the site structures were demolished leaving only asphalt pavement and fill material.
