The Redevelopment Agency is considering the purchase of this property, located in the Bridge District (Triangle Specific Plan) area, a planned high-density mixed-use redevelopment area. The site is needed to install infrastructure that is necessary to advance the redevleopment of the Bridge District area.

Former Use: The properties have historically been vacant and undeveloped. The properties are needed for right of way for future roadways and sidewalks to be developed to support new high-density, urban infill, mixed-use development in the City's Raley's Landing and Bridge District redevelopment projects.
