Additional Property Attributes

Phase I Assessment was conducted to assist a prospective purchaser of the building. On-site REC related to historic industrial use/dry cleaner. Off-site RECs included several industrial facilities in the vicinity. Purchaser's funding did not come together and project did not move forward.

Former Use: Property was historically an industrial site. The Current building was constructed in the 1970s and has been used by MetroHealth as a neighborhood clinic and then as storage. Property has been subject to repeated vandalism.
