Additional Property Attributes

Currently vacant land, the subject site lies in a mixed-use area of Venice. Based on available historical information, the subject property was developed by Venice High, Middle, and Elementary Schools. The high school was built in 1910, and the elementary school in 1920, with several additions in the 1950s. Surrounding properties have been developed since at least 1912 and have included residential properties, small businesses, and Terminal Railroad Association. This assessment revealed the following recognized environmental conditions (as defined by ASTM Practice E 1527-05) in connection with the subject property: �One 3,000-gallon fuel oil Underground Storage Tank (UST) likely remains on the subject site. Additionally, an unresolved LUST incident involving an unknown quantity of fuel oil released from this UST is associated with the subject site. Additional investigation would be required to further evaluate these issues.

Former Use: The site has been owned by the Venice School District since at least 1910. Previous owners are unknown.
