Additional Property Attributes

The subject site consists of a portion of the Kirkpatrick Homes Public Housing complex. The predominant improvements to the subject site include eight two-story residential apartment buildings, all constructed on concrete slabs, consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
