Additional Property Attributes

The subject site is used as a publilic housing complex. The predominant improvements to the subject site include nine two-story, residential apartment buildings, all constructed on concrete slabs, consisting of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. A pre-demo Asbestos & Environmental inspection was conducted on the residential units on the southern portion of this Kirpatrick Homes .03 site, as well as the Administration Building on the Kirpatrick Homes .01 site and the residential units of the Kirpatrick Homes .02 site. ACM was discovered that will require abatement prior to the planned demolition of these structures.

Former Use: The subject site is curently owned by the Housing Authority of Granite City, and has been used as a public housing complex since 1940.
