Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is currently houses a used car lot and car wash operation. Mr. Basseri Darvish Hoshang purchased the property in 1995 from Ms. Jeannette Wheeler and now leases it to Mr. Douglas Pettie who owns and operates the vehicle sales and washing business. The site was formerly occupied by a filling station prior to becoming a car lot. This historical use triggered the desire to study the property for evidence of petroleum by products in the soil and any left over USTs.
