Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA prepared in December 2009 has indicated RECs are present based on ASTM E1527-05. RECs include historical on-site fertilizer plant and various manufacturing processes, as well as adjacent land uses auto repair, additional fertilizer plant, nearby dry cleaner, adjacent railroad and nearby industrial sites. A Phase 2 ESA was conducted on the property in December 2010. Due to laboratory QC issues, discovery of potential underground storage tanks, and age of the on-site structures, the assessment was not sufficient to confirm the identified RECs impacted the site. A limited supplemental assessment was warranted to address the data gaps. A UST investigation was conducted in 2012 to investigate the underground anomalies found during the geophysical investigation and to address previous data gaps in soil and groundwater. No USTs were discovered at the site and the groundwater and soil data results were under the State Cleanup Levels. This site is currently for sale.

Former Use: History appears to have been industrial, likely due to location next to railroad.
