Additional Property Attributes

It is likely that the basement sump pump removed from the pit was cracked before or during removal causing OAG-containing metals to leak into the sump pit and mix with water in the pit. The biphasic aqueous sample from the basement sump pit contains an OAG concentration of 2,100 J mg/L, and a DRO concentration of 42 mg/L was measured in the sample. It also contains several metals. Although no soil staining or stressed vegetation was observed, it should be noted that soil contamination was detected on the adjacent Old CHR building property. Only two samples tested positive for lead-based paint. The exterior window caulk, the built-up roofing on the flat roof sections of the north and south additions to the building, and the silver-coated paper in the ceiling light fixtures are all ACM. The window caulk and roofing material are not friable; however, the silver-coated paper in the ceiling light fixtures is friable.
