Additional Property Attributes

This site is occupied by a building formerly used as a barracks for the former U.S. Army Charles Melvin Price Support Center. Since the transfer of the site to Tri-City Regional Port District in 2003, the building has been minimally used for office and storage space. The building has been has been vacant for at least one year. The Port plans to demolish this former barracks building to make way for expanding commercial development.

Former Use: The site building was formerly owned by the U.S. Army and was used as a barracks. In 2003 the site was transferred to the Tri-city Regional Port District. It has been vacant for over a year.
