Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consisted of agricultural and/or vacant land from 1925 to 1981, when it was developed as a parking lot. In 1992 the parking lot was developed with the existing building, and various drive-through restaurants subsequently operated on the Property from 1992 to 2009. During the 2009 reconnaissance, the Property was situated in an area of commercial uses, and was located near the intersection of Perry Avenue and Division Street. The Property was accessible from Perry Avenue and Division Street. An approximately 827 square-foot building and a shed were situated on the Property. The building was most recently utilized as a drive-through restaurant the interior consisted predominately of food preparatory space and storage. The shed was utilized to store miscellaneous paper goods and marketing material i.e. signs. Remaining portions of the Property were comprised of grass-covered and paved areas.
