Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property was operated from 1926 to 2001 as a textile spinning and weaving mill. Site includes the mill building, associated infrastructure, parking areas, and a former mill village, as well as a building used as a research and development laboratory. Property is currently vacant and all residential units have been removed. Cleveland County acquired the property in 2009 through tax foreclosure.
