Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I of the sites led to the purchase of these sites by the Moskos Brother Limited Partnership on 2/14/2011. The issues associated with this and the properties were not environmental and best addressed by the local health department since contained miscellaneous debris, trash, equipment, construction materials, unidentified containers, scrap metal, scrap tires, and recyclable products.

Former Use: The Property is currently an unoccupied two-story building which appears to have been utilized as a storage building associated with former recycling operations of the southeast adjoining Property. An unoccupied residential space is present on the second floor of the building. Grassy areas including some overgrown vegetation are located northeast and southeast of the building. A significant amount of miscellaneous debris including trash, equipment, construction materials, unidentified containers, scrap l, scrap tires, and recyclable products is located in the buildings interior as well as northeast and southeast of the building. According to tax files provided by the Perry County Assessors Office, the building was constructed in 1930. Mr. Morris Graves stated that the Property was involved with recycling operations for about ten years prior to 2009. Prior to recycling operations, the Property appeared to be used for residential and commercial uses from about 1886 to 1932. The Property appeared to be occupied by The Pilgrim Holiness Church from about 1932 to 1992. The Property is currently owned by Mark A. and Anna D. Mullen. The Mullen's acquired the Property from Ralph Hinton in 1993.
