Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I of the sites led to the purchase of these sites by the Moskos Brother Limited Partnership on 2/14/2011

Former Use: The Property is currently an unoccupied two-story building, which appears to have been utilized as a multi-family apartment building. Signs of vandalism were observed in the building. Grassy areas made up of overgrown vegetation are located northwest of the building. Miscellaneous debris including trash, equipment, construction materials, unidentified containers, scrap l, scrap tires, and recyclable products is located in the building�s interior as well as northwest of the building. The Property is currently owned by Mark A. and Anna D. Mullen. The Mullen's acquired the Property from Orville and Virginia Coonley in 1999. The building was constructed in 1960. According to available Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps, the Property appears to have been commercial land since 1886.
