Additional Property Attributes

The site is developed with a one-story brick building with approximately 4,000 square feet of interior space. The building is of brick and masonry construction and is surrounded by asphalt and gravel parking and driveways. The adjoining parcels include the Greenville Automotive Center to the north, Tony's autombile service business to the west a soap manufacaturing facility and warehouse in and a former tobacco warehouse building to the east and a community center and other commercial development to the south across 9th street.

Former Use: The site consists of two parcels together totaling approxmately 0.5 acres and is currently owned by Rover Investments, LLC. A portion of the building is leased to Mr. Bruce Rouse and is used for the storage of furniture refurbishing supplies. The remainder of the building interior is used for storage of several church pews adn other pieces of woodworking.
