Additional Property Attributes

The site is privately owned and underutilized and the City has decided not to purchase it at this time.

Former Use: The Property currently consists of an unoccupied lot with a 2,148 square foot one-story building and associated canopy over four gasoline pumps. The building was constructed in 1956 and consists of an office, automatic car wash, auto shop, and two car wash bays. The Property appears to have operated as a gasoline station for about ten to fifteen years from the late 1970s to the early 1990s. The Property appears to contain four USTs with four apparent fill ports observed between the canopy and the building. According to information obtained from the Mayor�s Office, the Property has been unoccupied from the early 1990s to present. The current owner was listed as Mathew D. Underhill. Mr. Underhill obtained the Property from Kimberly Underhill in 2007.
