Additional Property Attributes

Site has remained unused since Taylor purchased property in 1990s. Porperty was a former unregulated landfill. Assessment Grant is assisting Taylor in establishing environmental concerns at the property in order to market the site for redevelopment.

Former Use: Site has been undeveloped since at least 1940. Utilized for unregulated historical landfilling. City of Taylor owns the property.
