Additional Property Attributes

Site is a deteriorating commercial and service garage building. Manchester Mill LLC purchased the property and plans to demolish building and construct a mixed-use water frtont River Raisin development to add to the downtown area.

Former Use: Site was developed with residential and commercial properties beginning in at least 1888. Then redeveloped as a service garage/delearship. Currently used for light tractor servicing and commercial use.
