Additional Property Attributes

Four recognized environmental conditions were identified during the phase I environmental site assessment: an historical petroleum storage facility at 401 11th Street, an historical photo engraving facility adjacent to the south of the site, an SRP listing at 450 11th Street, and an adjacent auto repair shop east of the site. The phase I recommends soil and groundwater sampling. Arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, and lead were detected above the most restrictive Tier 1 groundwater remediation ive during the phase II environmental site assessment.

Former Use: For the past 17 years, the River Bend Foodbank has used the building for its operations. Prior to the food bank, it was used as a warehouse.
