Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site, currently vacant, is comprised of 5 parcesl forming an irregularly-shaped area. A railroad spur bisects the site, spearating the NW corner. There are no structures on the property. Concrete, construction debris, and other remnants of structures are scattered across the site. The site is partially enclosed by fencing posted with signs warning of hazardous materials. The ground surfacae of the site is uneven and distrubed. Most of the ground surface is covered with a layer of metal debris and other fragments and scattered piles of varying size which appear to be shredder fluff. A large pile (the Main Fluff Pile) rising 15 to 20 feet above the apparent natural ground surface is located on the SE part of the site. Unlabeled 55-gallon drums and smaller containers, some partially buried, are scatatered at random locations.
