Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of two adjacent parcels of land 1.41 acres located at 1442 Candia Road in Manchester, New Hampshire. The two parcels have been owned and sold together since at least 1960. The first parcel, located along Candia Road, is 0.81-acre in size and is currently occupied by an 11,632-square foot, vacant building constructed in 1960. The portion of the parcel not occupied by the building consists of asphalt paved parking, lawn, and wooded areas. The parcel is referred to by the City of Manchester as Map 495, Lot 033. The second parcel, located northwest and adjacent to Lot 033, is 0.60-acre in size and currently undeveloped and wooded. The parecl is referred to by the City of Manchester as Map 495, Lot 040. Both parcels are zoned R1-B according to City records.

Former Use: The building was originally operated as Magoon?s Creamery, and other past uses include wholesale foods, tire sales, a health center, a convenience store, a drywall business, a pet supply store, and a plumber.
