City & various consultants have contributed significant staff time towards redevelopment planning of this site, including several site visits, business relocation plans and the creation of a new TIF district. Property purchased by MetroSouth Hospital. There is potential for lead-based paint, asbestos and PCB-containing fluids to be on-site. No sampling conducted to confirm presence.
