Additional Property Attributes

Site located in the heart of Blue Island's South Station TOD Redevelopment Area. City & various consultants have contributed significant staff time towards redevelopment planning of this site, including several site visits, business relocation plans and the creation of a new TIF district. There is potential for lead-based paint, asbestos and PCB-containing fluids to be on-site. No sampling conducted to confirm presence. In addition there is potential for impacts due to the presence of a diesel AST and a previously removed diesel-containing UST.
