Additional Property Attributes

Property a priority residential redevelopment site in a Transit-Oriented Development zone. The City has been actively working with CNT, Metropolitan Mayor's Caucus, SSMMA and others to redevelop this site based on sustainable development principles. Recently, the results of the Phase I ESA performed through this grant award helped the City of Blue Island secure a technical assistance award from SSMMA through their Sustainable Communities grant from HUD.
