Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is located in Betances Street in the municipality of Yauco. The physical address of the facility is the corner of Betances Street and Santiago Vivaldi Avenue. The Site is a brick building of one level located in a land parcel of approximately 0.097 acres. The building occupies approximately 0.094 acres. The Site was constructed in the 1920�s and has been operating as an auto part warehouse for approximately 25 years. The access door connects directly to the corner of the Betances street and the Santiago Vivaldi Avenue, and the building has one exit door which connects to an internal patio at the west side of the facility. See Figure No. 3 for a detailed site plan. The building has dimension of approximately eighty 80 feet wide and forty-seven 47 feet in length and has an area of approximately 4,122 square feet. The building�s second floor is made of wood and is also a storage area of car motor parts. The building floor, walls and roof are made of concrete.
