Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Most of the 64�acres of the GSLD Site consist of under-utilized, vacant and/or undeveloped mostly wooded land. As stated in Section 2.2., the only portions of the GSLD Site that are �in use� are Lots 3-47-1 and 3-47-5. The asphalt paved driveway on Lot 3-47-1 is used by the Hebert's Auto Salvage Yard property for business access from Shirley Hill Road. Also an approximately 1,800 square foot concrete block garage building on Lot 3-47-1 is presently being used by Hebert's Auto Salvage Yard the abutter as storage for automobile engines, motors and transmissions. Lot 3-47-5 consist of approximately 5.53� acres of developed land and is currently used as a business property by McClellan Automation Systems MAS, a design and engineering manufacturer of custom-built automation machine systems.
