Additional Property Attributes

The site were developed and used solely for residential purposes. The sites were slated for demolition in preparation for site marketing and/or redevelopment. Prior to demolition, comprehensive hazardous materials surveys were required.

Former Use: The sites have been soley developed with residential dwellings. The dwellings were constructed from the late 1800s through the 1960s. The City of Wyandotte currently ownes the properties.
