Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Parcels A and B appear to have been rooming houses with commercial occupants including a tailor and cleaners from at least 1897 to 1969. According to building department records, the building was removed in 1969, and the land has remained vacant since that time. Parcel C was a rooming house with a laundry facility from at least 1884 until the late-1920s, when it was replaced by a gasoline filling station and automobile wash. Currently, Parcels A and B consists of Peterboro Community Gardens and Parcel C consists of a vacant commercial building.
