Additional Property Attributes

Properties in the vicinity of the Site are mixed-use consisting of various commercial entities. The majority of the land use in the vicinity of the Site is commercial. The current improvements at the Site were completed in 1900 as a two- story banking institution. The second story of the bank was destroyed in a tornado in 1942 and not reconstructed. The Site improvements consist of a single-story masonry building with a flat roof that previously operated as the City of Pryor Creek Chamber of Commerce. The Site has been owned by the City of Pryor Creek since 1958. Historic uses of the adjoining properties have included restaurants, various commercial retail businesses, automotive parts, and collectibles.
