Additional Property Attributes

The properties in the immediate vicinity of the Site are developed for mixed use, consisting of various commercial and industrial properties. Reportedly, the majority of the land in the vicinity of the Site has historically been developed with commercial and light-industrial properties. The current improvements at the Site were completed in approximately the late 1950s to 1960s. The Site itself consists of a single-building that was previously used by the Grand River Dam Authority regional electrical generation and distribution agency as office space and for electrical equipment maintenance and service, which reportedly included electrical transformer service and repair. The building was renovated by the City of Pryor Creek for dedicated municipal usage in 1983. Historic uses of the adjoining properties have included commercial, light-industrial, restaurants, a service station, and automotive sales and service.
