Additional Property Attributes

The SITE consists of ten (10) contiguous parcels, of which eight parcels are vacant land parcels and two parcels are vacant residential single family houses. All portions of the SITE will be used for the proposed senior housing project. The historical business activities on the SITE were either vacant land or residence. The general vicinity of the SITE primarily consists of commercial and residential properties

Former Use: Eight of the parcels consist of vacant land owned by the City of Corona Redevelopment Agency. The adjacent parcel located at 1049 E. 6th Street is currently occupied by a restaurant and an antique store. The property at 1049 Circle City Drive is an unoccupied single-family residence. The vacant parcels appear to have been vacant since the early 1970's. Prior to that time, some of these parcels were improved with single family residences dating back to the early 1920's, which may have been removed in the late 1950's. On or adjacent to the vacant parcels, there was a mobile home sales business as well as an "Auto Court" business that offered groceries, gasoline and oil for automobiles. The restaurant at 1040 E. 6th Street has been there since the early 1950's. The single family residence was built in 1978.
