The BTA was conducted for the City of Pittsburg to construct a 24� by 158� open pavilion type structure at 2nd Street between Locust and Broadway Streets in downtown Pittsburg. The estimated construction costs are 191,000. RECs were identified from historical railroad activity on the property. A Phase II was conducted. Metals were found in the soil, but at levels consistent with background concentrations for the area. Site is cleared for redevelopment.
