Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of a generally rectangular-shaped parcel of land improved with a canopy structure. The structure is located on the west central portion of the Property and consists of two pillars with a pitched metal roof. Two circular metal s mounted flush to the ground are located approximately 2 feet north and 2 feet south of the pillars. A concrete pad is located south of the southern metal . A small apparent conduit is located south of the northern pillar in a concrete pad. The remainder of the Property consists of asphalt pavement, gravel, and grass. Standing water, likely from recent rain events, was noted in various locations throughout the Property. Based on visual observations and information provided by the client, the structure may be the remnants of a former gasoline station. The potential presence of a gasoline station at the Property represents a recognized environmental condition. ATC observed an apparent junkyard located to the west of the Property beyond Main Street. The presence of a junkyard located adjacent to the Property represents a recognized environmental condition. ATC�s review of title records indicate the Property was formerly owned by the Louisville Cement Company. The past industrial ownership of the Property represents a recognized environmental condition. The current owner is Mary Ann Berkey, who acquired the Property from Virginia and Charlotte Bell. Other past owners include Louis and Alva Dunn and the Louisville Cement Company.
