Additional Property Attributes

Soil, surface water and groundwater sampling has revealed minor exceedances above regulatory criteria for metals. Consideration of a SRCO with conditions has been recommended which would require both engineering and institutional controls. Methane monitoring performed in 2009 revealed methane exceeding LEL of combustible gases in 37 of 38 vapor monitor wells, indicating a vapor management system would need to be considered for any future structural and/or site designs.
