Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in October 2011, RECs have been identiifed for this property based on ASTM Standard Practice E1527-05. Those RECs include both on-site and off-site concerns agricultural impacts, VOC's, solvents, and PCBs. Property was abandoned due to bankruptcy of a former furniture manufacturing company. Grady County JDA owned the building and wanted to conduct due diligence before leasing out building to another teneant. New teneant relocated and is using the buidling for storage of furniture manufacturing related items. JDA receiving monthly lease payments now after several years of the faciltiy sitting vacant and a non-revenue generator. Phase I assisted in lease transaction.

Former Use: Site is currently developed with a industrial/storage structure previously used by Higdon Furniture. Historical land use was primarily agricultural.
