Additional Property Attributes

A wooded, 20-acre property located in the City of Pleasantville in a mixed residential/commercial area and subject to illegal dumping. This property is located within the limits of the adjacent Price Landfill Superfund Site contaminant plume groundwater is contaminated. The southwest corner of the property was historically used as a borrow pit. A dirt road passes through the property. The eastern portion of the property was historically developed with a road Broadleaf St which appeared developed with residential properties. As many as three structures were also located in the center of the property along the dirt road.

Former Use: 20 acres and wooded. Formerly developed with roads and houses and used as a borrow pit. Presently owned by California Commons, LLC. CAFRA application submitted. Formal submittal to the Atlantic County Planning Board. Received funding committment for 24 units from NJHMFA. Presales started. TARA Developers
