Additional Property Attributes

Property has been cleared of blighted residential structures and is ready for redevelopment.

Former Use: The subject property consisted of densely vegetated undeveloped land until approximately 1939 when a large single family residence was constructed on the eastern portion of the property. In addition, a smaller garage, and what is identified as an �old store� in assessment records are present to the south of the residence one building. The residence existed until the mid to late 1990s when it was razed. Currently, the subject property contains the former garage/store building on the southwestern portion of the property, which is in a state of disrepair. The remainder of the subject property consists of undeveloped land utilized for vacation purposes.
