Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of undeveloped, vegetated land from at least 1938 until the mid to late 1950s when the property began being utilized as a dump. According to a life-long resident, general refuse was disposed of in a large hole located on the subject property from at least 1960 through the 1990s when the hole was covered and the site began being utilized as a transfer station. The subject property operated as a general refuse waste transfer station from the 1990s through 2011 when it was abandoned.
