Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of undeveloped, heavily vegetated land from at least 1938 until 1949 when the original portion of the subject building was constructed on the northeastern corner of the subject property. The area to the south of the subject building was cleared for parking purposes, and the western portion remained densely vegetated. An addition was constructed to the south of the subject building in 1965 to accommodate more fire trucks. The Fire Department continued to operate at the subject property until approximately 2007 when they vacated the property and moved to their new facility. The subject property has been utilized for storage of various materials and Township records since that time.
