Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property contained a small school from the 1930s until the late 1960s when the property was occupied by Alpine Cabins, a prefabricated cabin manufacturer. In the early 1970s, the subject property was vacated by Alpine Cabins and occupied by Gould National, a truck component part manufacturer and utilized for storage of truck components. In approximately 1976, the subject property was vacated by Gould National and occupied by Mr. Matthew Gould. Mr. Gould utilized the subject property for a residential dwelling, storage of farm machinery and light repairs on personal engines, farm machinery and automobiles.
