Additional Property Attributes

BTA for Marshall County Community Resource and Education Center for a property proposed for development as workforce housing. RECs were potential petroleum and hazardous substances associated with railroad tracks formerly located on the northeast portion of the property and the Union Pacific Identified Site KDHE Project code: C4-058-70178 located adjacent north of the property. Due to the identified RECs, a Phase II assessment was conducted. No contaminants of concern were found above risk. The property was cleared for redevelopment as workforce housing.
