Additional Property Attributes

This ACM inspection was conducted on the 2nd phase of public housing demolition by the Granite City Housing Authority. This consisted of three multi-family housing buildings #1100, 1200, 1600. ACM was discovered throughout these structures in floor tile, mastic, caulking, TSI, pipe fittings, vibration cloth, and roof flashing.

Former Use: The subject site consists of three multi-family housing buildings scheduled for demolition. The site has been owned by the Granite City Housing Authority since 1939.
