Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of undeveloped, vegetated land from at least 1938 until approximately 1948 when the northern portion of the subject building was constructed. The subject property operated as a gasoline service station from at least 1948 through approximately 1985 when it was abandoned. During that time, two repair bays were located in the building and two dispenser islands were located to the east. The subject property was converted into a bakery in 1985 and later a restaurant in 1990. An addition was constructed on the southern end of the subject building which was utilized as a video store from 1992 through March 2011 when it was abandoned.
