Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: A review of aerial photos indicates that the subject property was undeveloped land as early as 1938. The subject property was developed in between 1938 and 1952 with a single structure. Interviews with local residents familiar with the location of the subject property have stated that they believe the existing structure was built around the structure depicted in the 1952 aerial photograph. This building was reportedly used for various businesses and as a residence. The subject property was reportedly developed used for the operation of a gasoline filling station. An exterior hoist was also reportedly located along the south wall of the building for some automobile repair activities. These activities took place on the subject property until the early 1960s. From the 1960s until the late 1970s, the subject property was then used for a beauty salon. The subject property was then reportedly used for a residence, small commercial businesses i.e., antiques and was also was vacant on and off through the years. The current building was reportedly constructed in 1995. At that time, the building was used for the operation of Triple M Power Equipment for sales, rental and services, which continued until approximately 2006. The historical use of the existing building structure for the servicing of power equipment also represents an REC in connection with the subject property and is discussed further throughout this report. The property was then utilized for the operation of Cozy Heat, a retail / residential heating business, until it closed in approximately 2009. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the subject property was developed with the existing building structure and was unoccupied.
