Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on information obtained during the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment ESA the current subject property was formerly comprised of parcels A, D, C, E southern portion, F, and I. Based on research conducted during the Phase I ESA, the eastern portion of the subject property consisted of wooded areas Parcels A & D, with a mobile/ modular home site that was added in approximately 1983 Parcel C, which according to the former owner, Mr. Bruce Socha utilized propane as the heating source. The majority of the central portion of the subject property is comprised of woodlands with several areas consisting of historical orchard, which operated through the 1960�s/ 1970�s Parcel E. Between 1979 and 1983 the northwestern and north central portions of the subject property were developed with two auto repair buildings Parcel E. Only the southern portion containing the former True Tech building is located on the subject property, the remainder comprises common area for the condominiums. In approximately 1958 the southwestern portion Parcel F of the subject property was developed with the Crowley Store / Gasoline Filling Station, which was vacant as of 2004. In 2004 the subject property was purchased by Mountain Airre, LLC, who owned he property until December 12, 2007 the date of court appointed receivership. As of August 28, 2009, the subject property contained one building a vacant automotive repair building, adjacent parking lot areas, and remnants of a former residential home site. The remaining portions of the subject property consisted of vacant woodlands and other naturally vegetated areas.
