BTA was conducted for Clay County Unified School District #379 for a property that formerly housed the original McKinley School. It was believed that the school burned down in a fire in 1915 subsequently, environmental uncertainties existed. The school district would like to reuse the property for recreational purposes or potentially sell it. No RECs were identified and the property is herby cleared for redevelopment.
