Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Lots 208 and 209 were once part of the former Cliftex mill site, which includes a large textile mill building on an adjacent site. Lot 209 contains two 75,000 gallon underground No. 6 fuel oil storage bunkers which previously provided fuel oil for the heating system in the adjacent mill. The two 75,000 gallon fuel oil storage tanks occupy most of the acreage of lot 209 and were not used by the previous owner, Norseman Properties, to heat the building. The City acquired the lots through tax foreclosure.
