A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is recommended.

Former Use: Based on a review of historical resources the property is owned by Mr. Richard Bailey and is currently unused. It has been historically used to restore cars, a hay and grain warehouse, a boathouse, and as an ice manufacturing facility.The remaining concrete foundation of a building remains onsite, as does a single-story brick and cinder block warehouse. The remainder of the property is grass and gravel covered.
